Performed a membership check in heating. I found the whip from the disconnect to the condenser had not been installed properly and the connections were not tight. I secured the connections preventing issues. The unit suffers from high starting amps and I recommended a true soft in rush to help prevent issues and prolong the life of the system. Possible benefits of energy savings as well
Performed Cool Home heating maintenance on Carrier gas furnace. Did find flame sensor having intermitting problem. Cleaned sensor off. Furnace began to operate properly. Informed homeowner of flame sensor and advised him that it’s not something to be urgent about being that system is operating at the moment and homeowners don’t use furnace much but still maybe a potential issue we may need to address in the future is problem duplicates. System is operating properly In heat at time of departure
Insulation installation in San Tan Valley AZ
I performed an AC check on the main house system. I found a poor temperature split and a failed TXV. The TXB will need to be replaced. I emailed the proposals over.
Homeowners want to sign on the platinum membership when they return to town. The homeowners want to use both visits at once checking heating and cooling. The unit has a swollen capacitor. The capacitor should be replaced and an inrush device installed to help prevent further capacitor issues, prolong the life of the system and reduce energy consumption.

Unit had a clogged condensate and was cutting the Y. I cleared the condensate in the unit is operating properly.
